Quality Candy Company was founded as a start-up in 1986 by Pierre Redmond with only one lollipop machine. Despite these humble beginnings Quality has grown over the years into a household name well known for nostalgic holiday candies and great hard candies. Some of their most popular candies were made by re-using the candy scraps from the manufacturing process to make new candies such as the Spi-C-Mints.
