Canada Candy, also known as Ganong Bros. Limited, is Canada's oldest candy and chocolate company, established in 1873. The family-owned business, located in St. Stephen, New Brunswick, has a history of innovation. They are credited with introducing the first Canadian lollipop, the first boxed chocolates, and the first heart-shaped boxes for Valentine's Day. Their historic products include the Pal-o-Mine bar, one of North America’s oldest continuously produced candy bars, and the unique, spicy cinnamon and chocolate Chicken Bones candy, created in 1885.
