Shipping Policy

We ship anywhere in the United States and APO / FPO addresses. We can ship to Canada or internationally but need to arrange special shipping to you. Please contact us directly to coordinate outside of USA. We ship Monday – Friday.

We need 48 business hours to pack and ship your order. If there are problems we will contact you quickly. Also, as you can see on our web site we carry a ton of different products. We try to keep a strategic inventory so that our candy remains fresh. Sometimes an item may not be in stock. If this happens we will contact you quickly and then recommend several competitors. We want to make you happy.

We cannot guarantee delivery dates unless you specifically let us know that you need candy by a certain date. Let us know and we will work with you to get your candy in time for your special event! Don't forget that we cannot refund you for melted candy so be careful on what candy you choose and the method of delivery. We are based out of Philadelphia, PA and can easily serve East coast states but be careful if you are on the West coast! During hot weather, please choose express shipping if you live in far out states such as California.

Candy is heavy stuff and shipping prices will reflect this fact. Candy Nation and our competitors are all the same when it comes to dealing with the fact that candy is heavy. Internet merchants of stuffed animals have it a lot easier. Their products are light and shipping costs are much better. Although, keep in mind that gummy bears taste a lot better than teddy bears!

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Candy Nation has partnered with a trusted third-party company, International Checkout, to fulfill orders for our International customers.
