HOT WEATHER SHIPPING:
Candy Nation does not refund for melted products. We recommend you add ice packs to help protect your candy, but even with ice packs, we can not guarantee that candy will not melt. Typically, ice packs will last for 24 hours. Please consider having someone available at your delivery location (or deliver to an office) so your package does not sit outside. Candy Nation does not ship meltable products on Thursdays or Fridays during the summer months. If necessary, we may contact you to see if you'd like to make changes to your order and/or upgrade to expedite the shipping of your meltable items.
Where do we ship?
We ship anywhere in the United States, U.S. Territories (including Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands), and Canada. Of course, we also ship to APO / FPO addresses.
If shipping to Canada please be aware that Canadian orders are subject to customs/duties/taxes upon entering Canada and are the responsibility of the recipient. Candy Nation is not responsible for tariffs or fees that may be charged to you by customs. Canadian customers will be contacted directly by the carrier regarding the payment of these fees. Please note we are not able to ship Jelly Belly products to Canada.
We ship Monday – Friday.
How long does it take to process an order?
We typically need 48 business hours (Candy Nation is closed on weekends) to pack and ship your order. There will be exceptions and we cannot guarantee shipping within this time frame. While we strive to ship quickly, we are currently experiencing a higher than expected volume of orders.
If you have a deadline, please enter it into the comment section upon checkout. We will do our very best to get you your candy before your event. As always, feel free to contact [email protected] to discuss expedited shipping options.
Please note: During the warm summer months, if your order requires ice packs AND is scheduled to ship on a Friday, we will hold your order until Monday in order to reduce the likelihood of your candy sitting on a mail carrier's truck or in a non-temperature controlled environment over the weekend.
As you can see on our website we carry a ton of different products. We try to keep a strategic inventory so that our candy remains fresh. Sometimes an item may not be in stock. If this happens we will contact you quickly and recommend a replacement if there is one available.
My order has shipped. How long until it is delivered?
Immediately after your order is shipped, we will send you tracking information, so you can see exactly where your sweets are until they arrive to you! All orders that will fit into a Priority Mail Box (usually under 15lbs) are sent via USPS Priority Mail which takes approximately 1-3 days in transit. Any order over 15lbs, or contains bulky items, will be shipped via FedEx Ground which will take 1-5 days in transit. If you have a preference on how we send your order, please let us know! We’re happy to accommodate. Please note that these are estimated transit times, and do not include the time it takes to process and pack your order.
I have a deadline…HELP!
We cannot guarantee delivery dates, so we recommend that you leave plenty of time to prepare for your event. We are sometimes able to ship right away and will do our very best to help. When in doubt, give us a call, we’re here to help.
Customers who enter an incorrect address(es) for their order will be charged for all address correction fees if Candy Nation, LLC. is charged. Please be careful and double-check that your address is valid. Invalid addresses given by a customer and sent via USPS Priority Mail are charged to reimburse Candy Nation, LLC. for actual postal costs to mail. When shipping via USPS, we cannot ship again if the address on the original order is invalid or the original label is marked deliverable or unclaimed.
Lost / Damaged / Stolen Candy:
Candy Nation cannot be held responsible for candy that is stolen, damaged, or lost since after the candy leaves our warehouse, it is out of our control, and under the responsibility of the mail carrier. All claims must be filed by you with the delivery service when the package is marked delivered by the delivery service. Candy Nation will not honor any claims for items marked delivered by the delivery company. Candy Nation will assist you with claims for packages that are lost by the delivery company but cannot be held responsible for delivery that is not controlled by Candy Nation. During transit, some of your candy may break - this is just the nature of shipping and cannot be controlled by us. We are not responsible for broken candy. When you open candy that was correctly sent we cannot refund due to the product being exposed. Candy Nation will not be able to refund you for candy where you provided us an incorrect mailing address or where the package is returned to us marked address unknown or package unclaimed. Please be sure to send candy where you know you will be able to accept delivery (at your office or home where a household member will be able to accept). Leaving candy on your doorstep without you at home is not a good idea.
We try our best to maintain accurate information, images (colors not always exact and depends on your computer monitor, mobile device, etc), product pricing (which often change depending on manufacturer price changes), shipping costs, and descriptions (often will be updated and revised) on our web site. We cannot guarantee the accuracy or correctness of information but will do our best. Sometimes small errors may occur and we may need to cancel your order and will notify you via e-mail or via phone. We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason.
Candy Nation, LLC. does not guarantee the amount of a particular color, flavor, or shape in "assortments" of candy. The amount of each is decided at random.
