Ice Cream Sundae Malted Milk Balls

Malted Milk Balls, I have been asking myself the question, what is malted milk? Well after doing a little research I have found out that Malted Milk is a powder that is created by evaporating Wheat Flour, Malted Barley and Whole Milk. When you add a chocolate outer layer than you get a delicious Malted Milk Ball. My husband cannot believe I have never tried these ever! He is actually a bit disappointed seeing I work in the candy business. I promised him I will try one this week.
