Smoothie butterscotch peanut butter cup is named a smoothie most likely because the peanut butter is smooth!  The peanut butter is then enrobbed in creamy butterscotch!  Now this is different than a traditional peanut butter cup my friends.  There is no chocolate - butterscotch takes the place of the chocolate!
