1)  Please go through our web site and "add to cart" all the items you want.  Then start checking out via our online shopping cart until you get your total cost plus shipping. 

2)  Then stop here and write down on a piece of paper what you want to order along with the total (including shipping).  Place your written order along with a check in an envelope
