White chocolate on top and dark chocolate for the body of the chocolate encapsulates rich dark and smooth liquid chocolate.  Yummy!  You could bite into this a little at a time but be careful not to get messy.  Alternatively, you could pop one into your mouth and suck out the smooth liquid.  It's up to you but the result will be the same...absolute pleasure.
