Have you ever tried coconut cream pie?  Me either but it sure looked tasty on Gilligan's Island!  One time when I was in college I bought a coconut at the grocery store and tried to open it in my dorm parking lot.  That was tough because I did not have the right tools and managed to only get little pieces.  My favorite way to enjoy coconut flavor is in a pina colada drink!
