Butterscotch just makes me feel all warm and fuzy inside.  You must be thinking, "ya sure buddy...who would not feel all warm with scotch involved"  no no no!  I'm not talking about that sort of thing...the butterscotch name has its' orgins way back to the early 1800s and was actually owned by a company but now anyone may use this term.  I wish I was younger so I could have a butterscotch sundae more often.  I love a good old fashioned butterscotch sundae with thick vanilla ice cream, real whipped cream and a cherry.  At least I have butterscotch candy to make my life a litter warmer.
